Job Title: Senior iPSC Researcher

Education Requirement: Master's degree

Salary Range: 12,000 - 18,000 RMB/month (negotiable), with 13-month salary

Job Responsibilities

1. Independently design and conduct experiments, perform reprogramming of human somatic cells, and generate and characterize high-quality novel iPSC lines.

2. Develop and optimize differentiation protocols for directing iPSCs into specific cell types.

3. Utilize gene editing technologies to engineer iPSCs for constructing disease models or applying in cell therapy.

4. Apply iPSC-derived cells in in vitro disease modeling, high-throughput drug screening, and mechanism research.

5. Be responsible for the culture, expansion, cryopreservation, and quality control of iPSCs to ensure the stability and reliability of the cell bank.

6. Complete work tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Possess a Master's degree in Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.

2. Have cell culture experience and be proficient in the maintenance, passage, and clonal culture of iPSCs.

3. Have hands-on experience with CRISPR/Cas9 or other gene editing technologies.

4. Have experience in disease modeling and immune cell differentiation (e.g., CAR-iPSC-NK/T).

5. Demonstrate problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and the capability to conduct independent research.

6. Possess excellent communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.

Monthly Salary Range: 35,000 - 50,000 RMB/month (negotiable), with 13-month salary

Job Responsibilities

1. Independently design and conduct experiments, perform reprogramming of human somatic cells, and generate and characterize high-quality novel iPSC lines.

2. Develop and optimize differentiation protocols for directing iPSCs into specific cell types (e.g., neurons, cardiomyocytes, hepatocytes, etc.).

3. Utilize CRISPR/Cas9 and other gene editing technologies to engineer iPSCs for constructing disease models or applying in cell therapy.

4. Apply iPSC-derived cells in in vitro disease modeling, high-throughput drug screening, and mechanism research.

5. Be responsible for the culture, expansion, cryopreservation, and quality control of iPSCs to ensure the stability and reliability of the cell bank.

6. Rigorously record, analyze, and present experimental data, and keep track of the latest scientific advancements and technologies in the field.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Possess a doctoral degree in Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field (or a master’s degree with more than 5 years of relevant industry experience); negotiable upon discussion.

2. Have extensive cell culture experience and be proficient in the maintenance, passage, and clonal culture of iPSCs.

3. Have a deep understanding of stem cell biology and hands-on experience in iPSC reprogramming and/or directed differentiation.

4. Have practical operational experience with CRISPR/Cas9 or other gene editing technologies.

5. Experience in any of the following fields will be given priority: disease modeling, immune cell differentiation (e.g., CAR-iPSC-NK/T).

6. Proficiency in using a variety of cellular and molecular biology techniques for cell characterization (e.g., flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, qPCR, Western Blot, etc.).

7. Be detail-oriented, maintain rigorous and organized experimental records, and possess excellent communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.

Job Title: Cell Culture Engineer

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree

Experience Requirement: 1-3 years of relevant industry experience

Monthly Salary Range: 6,000 - 10,000 RMB/month (negotiable), with 13-month salary

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain Grade B cleanrooms on a daily basis, keep real-time records of all activities, and ensure GMP compliance for both the environment and operations.

2. Be responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of equipment, and document equipment usage and maintenance work.

3. Undertake the culture of human immune cells.

4. Be responsible for the culture of CAR-T cells, CAR-NK cells, and CAR-γδT cells.

5. Complete the production tasks of therapeutic cells on schedule and maintain thorough records of all operations performed.

6. Report daily production status, and draft and conduct investigations into deviations.

Job Requirements

1. Familiar with the culture of various tumor cells and proficient in the culture of different types of human immune cells.

2. Familiar with GMP regulations, possess a certain level of GMP awareness, and be able to prepare various immune cells in accordance with the GMP system.

3. Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in Cell Biology, Biopharmaceutics, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related major.

4. Previous experience in immune cell isolation is preferred; experience in cell culture operations is a plus.

5. Candidates with experience in cell culture in Grade B cleanrooms, or those with Grade B cleanroom work experience, will be given priority.

6. Possess the ability to search and review relevant literature.

7. Have the ability to draft SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and possess basic knowledge of quality alerts.

8. Proficient in SPC (Statistical Process Control) analysis.
